13:00 --> Member welcome from the AD

The welcome took place when the Ad Eivissa Crea assembly finished. The national members of the Eivissa Crea project had the opportunity to meet the associates of the NOVA PEI project. The officials present and the press also had the opportunity to meet the project’s members. This reception had ample coverage in the local press (newspapers, radio, and T.V.)
16:00 --> Information update concerning the progress of the national projects.
• Proyecto TourJobs. IT
• Proyecto HEFAISTOS. CZ
• Proyecto Eivissa Crea. ES
In turn, the associates presented the progress of their national projects. In every case the difference between the programmed activities and the actual situation could be seen, due to the related difficulties with administrative procedures of the projects and the collection procedure for the down payments
All of the associates had to modify their implementation timetables, adjusting them to this important delay
In summing up, it can be said that at the time of the meeting, all of the projects are in the initial planning phase, personnel selection related to the project, or the creation of the structure necessary for the development of the planned activities
18:00 -- > Transnational cooperation page presentation
• WWW.NOVAPEI.NET
In the AD Eivissa Crea’s name, Serviconsult presented the collaborative work environment NOVA PEI with its multi- language structure process platform, providing the associates the identifiers and their corresponding passwords and demonstrating the basic insert, edit and delete functions for news, agendas, content, images and documents.
The associates expressed their satisfaction with the evolution, promising to use it for the transnational procedures.

At the directors meeting in Turin, we will provide the résumé’s of the speakers and topics
End of Prague seminar preparation.
14:00 -- > WorkPackages update
• WP2 Development of a web based business plan elaboration tool
• WP3 Methodological handbooks for NGO workers and other organisations in direct relation with target groups
• WP4 Development of a ‘best practice handbook’ about the valorisation of human resources in integrated tourist entrepreneurship
Due to the insipient state of development of the national project performance, the associates agree to prepare for the transnational meeting of the project management committee, a detailed calendar for the implementation of each of the work packages, whose responsibility falls on each of the associates.
15:00 -- > End of the transnational meeting
The dates proposed for the trans-national meeting of the project management committee are the 23rd and 24th of March next in Turin. These dates will be confirmed shortly.
To conclude the tans-national meeting, a get-together dinner was organized at the Ocean Drive Hotel restaurant where all the participants from the meeting attended, except for the representative for the Dirección General de Formación, who asked to be excused. Also attended some members of the AD Eivissa Crea, UGT, CCOO, CAEB, and other representatives of the Ibiza town hall
The dinner met its objective of the participants getting to know each other better in its trans-national activity

Conclusions
We are in the initial phase of development of the national projects, and nonetheless, we have precisely maintained our initial calendar set out within the ACT NOVA PEI. The only activity programmed for this date was the development of the thematic platform for collaboration, and this was presented.
A first outline was also established for the Prague transnational seminars agenda and as was agreed, will be completed at the management committee meeting forecast for march 2006 in Turin.
The aspect that must be recognized, is that the activity is not as far advanced in the development of the WP2 a 4, due to the generalized slowness of the administrative processes for the start-up of the projects.
We do not think that this general sluggishness will negatively affect in an overall way the advance of the mentioned WP, and we trust that in the next management committee meeting, the bases will be established for consistent progress in their development.
Taken as a whole, we can say that the meeting was fruitful and positive for all present
